My sister asked me to sell a signed Essendon FC jumper (Our family are Richmond supporters) that she won in a raffle 10 years ago, so I took the opportunity to express bomber fans grief around the doping scandal that has plagued the club for two years.

I was inspired by an article I read in the guardian I read last year about supporters loosing interest in the game due to the investigation of the club by ASADA. To be honest, it made me feel sorry for Bomber fans.

Just like the fans, I felt that it would be awkward to be an Essendon jumper during this time and if the jumper were a person, it would probably be feeling like this.
